"Grote" ia a Texas A&M Graduate in Agriculture and has been active and has held numerous positions in local, state, and national livestock and agricultural associations over the last 30 years. He continues to serve in many advisory positions due to those years of dedicated service. As a successful cattle rancher and breeder "Grote" is well known and respected with a wealth of knowledge of the beef industry.
Diane is a certified gourmet cook and prepares all of the side dishes, desserts and breads by
hand daily. Her specialties appeal to the “sweet tooth” in everybody with her tantalizing and delectable desserts. Diane uses recipees handed down through the generations as well as
